AOTB shares vision for Community Clubhouse

Recently, Africa on the Ball hosted a community engagement stakeholders meeting to share

plans for our proposed Kalingalinga Community Education Clubhouse (CEC) and gather

feedback from key partners and stakeholders.

Led by our Director, Kelvin, the meeting brought together representatives from the National

Sports Council of Zambia, the Football Association of Zambia, Kalingalinga Primary School,

Sport in Action, the Racheal Kundananji Legacy Foundation, EduSport and other valued

stakeholders.

Building on our existing investment in community infrastructure, the proposed CEC will

provide a dedicated, purpose-built space to support the delivery and expansion of our

programmes, creating more opportunities for learning, development and community

engagement.

At Africa on the Ball, we believe meaningful and lasting change happens when communities,

organisations and individuals work together towards a shared vision. Engaging stakeholders

from the outset is an important step in shaping a Centre that reflects the needs and

aspirations of the Kalingalinga community and can serve future generations.

We are grateful to everyone who attended the meeting, shared their perspectives and

contributed to discussions about the proposed development. Their input will help inform the

next steps as we work towards turning this vision into reality.
